„Musikmäuse – making music together“ is a music teaching concept that brings children and parents together to make music.  These classes will also strengthen and support German language development through music, song and instruction in the German Language.  Through musical games, dances and singing together, children are given the opportunity to enjoy exploring their world through body and voice in a relaxed and supportive environment. 

Children are introduced to a world of sound and musicianship through the use of simple instruments such as wooden sticks, bells, rattles and drums.  „Musikmäuse“ emphasizes the importance of the musical connection and exchange between child and adult.  For example when a parent sings something in advance to the child, this singing becomes a strong incentive for the child to sing on his/her own.
